    We offer only 1 private tour, so please have all interested parties present for the tour.

  • Our average couple choosing a standard Saturday wedding is having a total budget of around $15,000.

    We have couples that choose an off peak Sun-Thursday that spend a total wedding budget of $8,000-$10,000.

  • If alcohol is to be served, bartenders must be hired for 2 hours minimum.


    Catering and Bar may have minimums, please discuss with your chosen vendors.

  • We are an open venue, meaning that you can bring the vendors of your choice. They do need to be licensed and insured, and the venue has to approve them.

    The only exception is bar, as bartenders must come from our list.

    We have a great list of reputable vendors and encourage you to consider them.

  • There are over 10 hotels within 4-7 miles of the venue.

    If family drives in with an RV, there are RV parks as well as local Air BnBs.

  • We can flip to an indoor ceremony 90 minutes before the schedule ceremony time, giving you up until the end to decide to flip to indoors.

    We host your ceremony in the venue and then quickly flip over to reception afterwards. We have a way to accommodate both in an easy manner.

  • Access to the bridal suite for hair and makeup can begin as early as 8am on any day.

    Access to the venue and property is as follows:

    Sunday -Thursday: Noon - 10:00pm
    Friday: Noon - 11:59pm
    Saturday: 10am - 11:59pm

    *Additional time can be arranged and purchased in advance.

    We also offer a special when you book a Friday, you can rent the Thursday before for 6 hours (3pm-9pm) for $1000.
    -This gives you time to rehearse, decorate, and have an on site rehearsal dinner.
    -It gives you 2 days for the price of a Saturday and the Friday wedding day is so much more relaxed as all the prep work was done on Thursday.

Booking FAQs

  • We take all date requests in writing via email.

    Please do not send us a date request until you are ready to book, sign a contract, and submit the booking fee.

  • To book, we have a $1500 booking fee that applies to the total amount due. This is due at the time of contract signing.

    *Structure of payment schedule is dependent on how far out your wedding date is.

    Final balance is due 90 days before the wedding date.

Catering FAQs

  • We require a licensed and insured caterer that is full service. This means they prepare the food, present the food and at times serve it, along with clean up. Not a drop and go situation.

    We also allow food trucks that are licensed and insured.

    Real china is not a requirement at our venue…..this saves you so much when compared to venues that require china.

    After you book your wedding, we will provide you with a guide of some catering options.

    Caterers must be approved by the venue.

  • You will work directly with the caterer.

  • Depending on the caterer, there are some that that have a minimum.

    For example, some have a 50 person minimum.

Planning FAQs

  • Music and Bar conclude one hour prior to the end of the contracted time.

    Contracted Times:
    Sun-Thurs: Noon - 10:00pm (Music & Bar Conclude 9pm)
    Friday: Noon - 11:59pm (Music & Bar Conclude 11pm)
    Saturday: 10am - 11:59pm (Music & Bar Conclude 11pm)

    The only time this is allowed is if you have a Friday wedding, and you book the Thursday before, then items can be dropped off during the Thursday contracted time.

  • No real candles with a flame are allowed.

    LED battery powered candles are allowed.

    Per Wise County:
    $88 cash
    To obtain a marriage license both parties must be present and provide proof of age and identification. You must be 18 years or older. There is a 72 hour waiting period after the license is issued before you can get married and the license is only good for 90 days. Please be sure you know your social security number and the city, county, and state in which you were born before you come in to apply for a license.

    If you live in another area of Texas, you can get the marriage license in the county you live in, and it will need to be returned after the wedding to the county you purchased it in.

  • Set up:
    You can start setting up and decorating at the start of you contracted time.

    Only Venue staff or authorized vendors can be on a ladder.

    Only command hooks may be used on the walls.

    Clean Up:
    All trash needs to be in trash cans.

    Tables cleared of items belonging to the couple.

    All decor that was supplied by the couple removed from the venue.


    Refrigerated or Freezer items brought by the couple must also be removed.

  • Yes, absolutely we do!

    3 Options:

    -Rehearsals can be done during one of our monthly open houses for booked couples.

    -If you book a Friday wedding, you can book the Thursday before for 6 hours (3pm-9pm) for $1000. This gives you time to rehearse, decorate, and even have an on site rehearsal dinner.

    -On Wedding Day, once the wedding party has arrived, they rehearse the first 15-20minutes of the day while the bride stays in the bridal suite doing hair and makeup.
